Renovating Welland House School in Barnstaple, Devon!

We've recently been carrying out renovation works at Welland House School in Barnstaple, North Devon.

Our team have been constructing a new suspended first floor, ensuite bathrooms, two new staff overnight units with a shared wet room, and a new kitchen and living area.

We also undertook a few upgrades, including replacing the heating and hot water systems, rewiring the building, and increasing insulation to meet current standards. We've also replaced the roof, windows, doors, boundary fencing, and landscaped the garden with new stairs and a retaining wall.
