We are currently on the lookout for new carpenters, site managers and estimators to join our expanding team.

Carpenters & Site Managers Job Details:

Proven experience in new build and refurbishment construction projects.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Valid CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness certificate (training provided if required).
Strong work ethic with a professional and positive attitude.
Ongoing support from an experienced and knowledgeable team
Funding for professional qualifications and training (including NVQ, SMSTS, etc.).
Clear opportunities for career progression within the company.

Senior Estimators Job Details:

Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates.
Analyse project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive and accurate estimates.
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients.
Provide strategic direction for the business, managing budgets, forecasting, and supporting the achievement of financial targets.
Mentor and manage a team of estimators and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to inform business strategy and operational improvements.
