The Warren Building at Little Valley is Progressing Excellently!

This month, we’ve seen fantastic progress on the new Warren building, with the main structure now firmly in place.

The project began with the careful demolition of the existing building, followed by the installation of the new steel framework onto the prepared foundations. From there, work has continued with the brickwork preparation and construction of the new building itself.

As you can see, the layout has been thoughtfully designed to create the perfect environment for the rabbits, with easy access points for them to hop in and out comfortably. 🐇

Once completed, the new Warren will:

• Provide space for up to 30 rabbits.

• Incorporate energy-efficient materials and smart design features to help maintain a comfortable temperature all year round.

• Improve overall welfare standards

• Enhance the outdoor areas with improved level access
