RSPCA Little Valley Update - Week Eight

During the last few months, our teams have been working at Little Valley on the new build of the Warren building and also the reception area.

Fifields Construction have a long-standing relationship with RSPCA Little Valley, due to our recent fundraising and donations. We are also huge animal lovers!

The next phase of this project involves:

The demolitions of the Warren and reception are complete, and the foundations for the new Warren building are nearing completion!

The works to the new Warren include:

-Demolition of the existing buildings.

-New groundworks and drainage to accommodate the new building.

-A new flat roof structure and coverings, including new skylights.

-New structural steelwork.

-Cladding and rainwater goods.

-New fencing, extensive paving, and landscaping works.

-Block walls with thermal insulation on the walls and floor.

-M&E services, including extensive fire detection systems.

Fifields Construction is proud to be working with RSPCA Little Valley Animal Shelter, a local animal charity dedicated to promoting animal welfare while also preventing cruelty within our local community.
