Preserving History: The Transformation of Grendon Almshouses

We're excited to say that the Grendon Almshouses project has ended after two years. We'll definitely miss working on this amazing historic grade two listed building!

Grendon Road Almshouses was first listed in 1974.

Project Details:

🌟The refurbishment of twenty-two flats. 

🌟New mechanical & electrical services provided. 

🌟Underfloor heating installed. 

🌟Upgraded shower rooms, living areas, ensuite toilets & kitchens. 

🌟Two-floor extensions with pitched roofs built. 

The End Result:

The end result has left the residents with modern, energy-efficient housing while retaining the distinctive character of a building of historical importance.
