Our team have been working at North Devon District Hospital for around two years, carrying out a vast amount of works. Including, firestopping, M&E works, shop fit-outs and refurbishment works throughout a few of the key areas.

Firestopping: Throughout the building, our team have been installing important fire safety measures to ensure safety for paitents and staff .
M&E Adaptions: Our team has also delivered a range of mechanical and electrical (M&E) adaptations across the building. These works have included the installation of LED lighting, maintenance and modifications to general electrical supplies, and the installation of emergency lighting.
The improvements have helped enhance the reliability, efficiency and safety of the building’s electrical systems.
Shop Fit-Out: As part of the project, our team transformed an empty area into a fully functional retail space, providing patients and staff with a convenient place to purchase food and refreshments.
The fit-out involved a range of works, including the installation of new flooring and ceilings, partitions, decoration and furniture. By delivering the works from an empty shell through to a finished, operational space, the team created a welcoming and practical environment that meets the needs of building users.
It's been a pleasure working alongside the NHS throughout these improvements. However, we're not done yet! Keep an eye out on our Linkedln and Facebook for further updates.
