New Project at Langdon Hospital in Dawlish!

During the last few months, we have been working at the Prentice building at Langdon Hospital in Dawlish.

Phase One of Langdon Hospital is Progressing Excellently! 🪏

Fifields Construction are pleased once again to be working with the Devon Partnership NHS Trust and Kirkham Board to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment at Langdon Hospital in Dawlish. 

The works at the Prentice Building, Langdon Hospital, Dawlish comprise the refurbishment of the following:

-Kitchen facilities 

-Freezer store

-WC's 

-Changing rooms

-Storage areas

The project will be delivered in three phases, with external works to accommodate the new store freezer, and internal works across eight internal areas, including demolitions, new mechanical & electrical services, new partition walls, ceilings, decorations, and floor finishes. 

The first phase of this refurbishment is progressing excellently, and we look forward to sharing more details shortly!
