Henderson Refurbishment Completed - University of Exeter

During the last few months, Fifields Construction have been refurbing the Henderson building. This included: stripping out the areas, redecorating, fitting new furniture and M&E works.

Our team at Fifields Construction have been working with the University for many years, carrying out audio visual works, toilet refurbishments or general building.

During this specific project, we were responsible for smooth operation, ensuring works were completed on time and that the overall operations were not disrupted.

The project consisted of the following:

1. Strip out and disposal of all existing lecture theatre seating.

2. Suspended ceiling repairs.

3. Removal and replacement of carpet tile floor coverings.

4. Decorations throughout.

5. Installation of new lecture theatre seating.

6. Installation of new electrical supplies to all rows of seating.

The works were on a very tight schedule and completed within a 2 week period.
