First Phase Completed at NHS Matford Lodge

Owned and operated by the Devon Partnership NHS Trust, Matford Lodge and Larkby are two Georgian detached houses converted into consulting rooms and offices. An extension called ‘Evergreen’ has been constructed between Matford and Larkby, joining the two buildings. 

The works undertaken by Fifields over two phases comprise the creation of various clinic rooms, the creation of an accessible WC, a new OT Clinic Space and a new assessment room.

The project involves refurbishing fifteen rooms throughout the building. This included, new flooring, decorating, furniture and M&E works.
